Coaching Philosophy:

To empower athletes to have a consistent work ethic at all team activities to help them reach individual goals and work collaboratively to achieve their team goals.  To actively listen to all team members, encourage honest communication and celebrate all life or sport achievements, big or small. To provide a fun, safe, positive, and inclusive environment free of all forms of maltreatment where everyone is committed and understands their role. To be passionate and optimistic in everything I do to ensure that I inspire all team members and provide an overall positive experience that promotes sport participation for life.
